Who We Are
Needs Matter Care was founded by a qualified Social Worker in 2024. It is a small family business, regulated by the Care Quality Commissioner on the 25th September 2024. With over 25 years of experience in the social care sector, we are dedicated to providing a range of care services to adults over 18 years old, seniors and children with additional needs.
Our Services are tailored to each person’s specific needs through a personalised care plan; delivered by well trained staff who are dedicated to their role, with compassion and drive to create a positive impact to the people they care for.
We provide care and support to Milton Keynes and all the surrounding areas such as Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Northampton, including some parts of Buckinghamshire.

Needs Matter Care Limited provides a range of domiciliary care services, including elderly care, companionship, dementia care, personal care, specialist care, live-in care, hospital-to-home support, and support for children.

Hourly visiting care
Flexible care provided in your own home with a fully qualified carer. Visits start from as little as 30 minutes, hourly or overnight calls throughout the week.

Our carers will help with personal care including washing, showering, dressing, catheter care, medication, shopping, cleaning, laundry, trips out, appointments, cooking or even just a chat.
